He is joined in his search by Rowenna Cavannaugh, a native of Salem who occasionally aids local law enforcement with her psychic visions. The villain is the usual last person to be suspected. This story has a mixture of legend folklore and ghosts & of course cornfields which are creepy. She doesn't consider herself a psychic, yet she sometimes feels and knows certain things that can't be explained, and she has proved useful in police investigations in the past. they all work together to find the wife of Jeremy's best friend.I expected much more creepy content as this book started out feeling like the movie 'Jeepers Creepers'.A wonderful Fall book.
