Di-di twins always have their own placenta. If they do, they are dichorionic-diamniotic (di-di) twins. Then a trainee scanned me at 19 weeks and found out it was triplets. However, looking back, I did start showing at just four weeks -- this should have been a clue. My doctor is concerned they are mono/mono from the picture I'm really hoping they aren't because I'm expecting quads and mono/mono are so risky.
