We'd tried a couple of times before unsuccessfully (no tables) so made reservation. I got the spicy pork sausage with cheese, onion sauce (awesome! When I told him the we hadn't seen out waitress, he took our order promptly. Paulina was fabulous and took great care to ensue we had everything we needed. Our waitress was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and the food was just outrageous. I would highly recommend this restaurant for dinner.Bad experience. Food is foos though and service also except holding us with the starter.Deliciosa comida, excelente servicio, gente amable, postres deliciosos, buenos vinos y buen precio. Recomendadísimo Quick and delicious food!, great portions and service. I'm assuming it was the manager that came by and asked if we had questions about the menu. The raclette is served with potatoes, ham, viande des grisons (air-dried meats), and vegetable garnishes. A cheese lover's dream... definitely should be on any foodie's list. Not sure if they are a BYOB but should be if aren't.So let me say this place is an absolute gem. Starter didnt arrive after 1 hour so we cancelled it. Service was pleasant and businesslike. French Raw Milk Raclette, Truffle Raclette (+$8); White Wine Washed-rind Raclette (+$8). Great atmosphere and service from the staff. “Through collective, sharable dishes like raclette, that experience of actually enjoying a meal is amplified.”To that end, diners will find a plethora of the cheese rounds, melted and scraped table-side onto pasta, meat, and veggie dishes. !My girlfriend and I were more excited for Raclette than most of our other reservations during our stay in NY. The bartender kept scooping the foam off with a spoon and eventually poured the beer out to start over and over. The presentation and flavor of all of our food was excellent. Join the discussion today. The waiters were very friendly, and all the food options are spectacular. One word, misspelled: cheeeeeeesssseee! We discovered Raclette on our last trip to the city, and it was a definite "repeat" for this last time!
!Very cute place with really good food. I had the burger which was a little dry as was the bun but I can overlook anything with all that yummy cheese. But an overall fantastic experienceThis was my second time here and let's just say I loved it my friends also . My steak was small but tender, full of flavor and covered with fresh melted cheese over the top. The cheese is very rich and most of us, even us cheese lovers, could not finish an entire plate. Highly recommended for a unique dining experience!Wonderful food in a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant offers casual, family friendly dining in a French inspired atmosphere.Raclette serves lunch and dinner daily and offers a variety of croques, tartines, raclettes and sides for diners to choose from. Keeping this place on my places to eat list! Tables so close together not a good place if you want an intimate meal or conversation. Always love Raclette. Thanks again Adam and Julie from Milwaukee, WI.Unique dinning experience. Raclette cheese, melted and scraped table side, roasted potatoes, cornichons, pickled white pearl onions, sliced baguette, arugula salad with champagne vinaigrette. A lady came by to ask us if we wanted desert, which we declined, then another came by with the bill. The traditional accompaniments are cornichon pickles, small firm potatoes, a ham product such as prosciutto, and them maybe assorted vegetables such as peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Happy Racletting! The dining room is just a bit cramped and therefore loud. The restaurant offers casual, family friendly dining in a French inspired atmosphere. It has Swiss origins, although you’ll also find it the region of France that shares a border with Switzerland. There was a slight change to the cheese options since I last went but they still had the thermalized cheese so I was happy as I am sure others appreciate the larger selection of cheese.A petite restaurant in downtown Manhatten.... very busy so reservations are a must. We've been to Melting Pot and I just wanted to try something different. Raclette is a restaurant located in New York City that specializes in serving French cuisine. One thing there is never too much of and raclette takes that to heart, the food that acts as a carrier for the swiss goodness is prepared quite well, the servers are very helpful and had plenty of knowledge aboht their beer and cidre selections. I would not recommend this place for dinner. Word of caution - do not come expecting exceptional service.Excellent Place, The food was really good, the service is really nice. Raclette is both the name of a cheese and the name of a quintessential après-ski sharing dish which is made from that same cheese.
Service is fine.
